Scion:Unit 298 Concept

Some Concepts I did for a series of Npcs in a Scion rpg game I am running. 

Unit 298 is the first successful model of anti-paranormal soldiers created by the governments of the world in order to counter act the recent escape of the titans (Basicly the big baddies, If it is evil in mythology, It's probably a titan or titan spawn.)
  298 is the least human of the all the models, the only thing organic being parts of it's head, brain, and spine. Everything else has been removed to make room for augmentations and computer systems. The original body of 298 was a female clone form of an unknown high ranking soldier, who has long since lost involvement with the project after her genes were sampled. 
  298 began it's military career with emotions but after refusing to kill what it perceived as "innocents" (Specifically Scions which were in the wrong place at the wrong time) , the emotions were removed with an inhibitor.
